Loklu offers an AI-powered location analysis platform for the German market. Services include:
Registration is required to use certain features. You are obliged to provide truthful information and to keep your login credentials confidential. Sharing your account with third parties is not permitted.
Loklu offers the following analysis plans:
Payment is made once per analysis. All prices are exclusive of applicable VAT.
As purchases are made individually per analysis, there is no ongoing subscription to cancel. The user account can be deleted at any time via the account settings or by email to support@loklu.de.
The analyses and scores provided by Loklu are intended as decision-support tools and do not constitute binding advice. Loklu provides no warranty for the completeness or up-to-dateness of the data. Business decisions made on the basis of analysis results are at the user's own risk.
The collection and processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the applicable data protection laws, in particular the GDPR.
All content, algorithms, scores and representations on Loklu are protected by copyright. Systematic extraction of data or scores is not permitted. API usage is subject to the respective API terms of use.
Loklu reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated by email or via the platform. Continued use after notification of changes constitutes acceptance.
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. Jurisdiction is Berlin. Should individual provisions of these Terms and Conditions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
